You will always work directly with me, not an assistant.  If there’s something that I don’t know, I will tell you that I don’t know and give you a deadline upon which I will give you a direct answer.

If you call me I will answer.  In the unlikely event that I can't you will hear a short message stating what I am up to on that particular day so you know when I will return your call.
